I'm GMT+1 and I don't have exact hours,can play at morning,noon,evening or night too.

i have both and i have also a mic
5 ) What is your level of experience specifically in UW?
With SIN i can: LT t4 t3 (t3 not fast post nerf, need pratice)
With ranger: t1-t2-t4 (t1 solo quest, t4 true duo)
with Mesmer: Spiker and LT (very fast LT)

6 ) What other elite area experience do you have?
in fow i can do all, but i prefer play as MT and t1 split for farm^^
i can also play as ranger/sin tank in doasc and monk SB
i can do all dungeonsc

7 ) What other guilds have you been in?

well i've benn in [add] italian guild, all friend. Now this guild is inactive 3/72 online (im officer)

i have 300+ run in uwsc and i know NAMe guild, really good player.

doasc my record is 48 min with 2 pug

Urgoz my record with my guild (not pro guild) 36 min

Just a comment on your last note, we only use eles for emo now, T1 and T3 are both done with rangers now in our runs.

only uwg quest 4 min, for all depend on the main team.

I'm still confused. Are you saying you have a /age 4 with a uwg complete? Or is it simply 4 minutes after uwg is taken that its done?

unwanted guests 4 min. all depend on the main team.

example: after escort and pop /age 9 min, after unwanted guests 13 min

My only real concern is the language barrier. We require people to understand English both when it's written down, and when it's spoken to them through vent.

Communication is the most important factor to what keeps our guild strong, and if people are unable to live up to that than I don't see how this could work out.

If you believe this is not an issue and you do understand english perfectly then please let us know.
