Try to get people that know you and can vouch for you to post. Is this all of your characters? We usually like to see reroll options but we have become less critical this late in the game.

Hey, Ive known Dan for a couple months and I dont think i have seen him fail very often, on top of that he is a cool dude who is easy to get along with, I would ask that you learn a couple more roles after you get into name, it would be nice having more people that could reroll to anything that is needed to fill up our groups.
